  1. Ensuring the functionality of the property's heating, plumbing and other systems, including the conclusion and termination of supply and maintenance contracts in the name and on behalf of the owner
  2. Contracting out the work required for the ongoing maintenance, repair and overhaul of the property. Repair invoices are fact-checked and submitted for settlement
  3. Conclusion and termination of janitor contracts and contracts with other auxiliary staff (e.g. for house, street and sidewalk cleaning, outdoor facilities) in the name and for the account of the owner. Supervision and control of the activities of the aforementioned persons in relation to the property. Informing the client of any important and/or unusual matters relating to the property
  4. Awarding of repair contracts
